Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions.
  • Resolving Complex Issues: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Delivering Best-in-Class Service Experience: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring a seamless experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assisting with Insurance and Shipping Needs: Help customers navigate their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Providing Technical Support: Assist customers with technical issues when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Building Long-Term Relationships: Understand that every interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Maintaining Customer Privacy and Safety: Adhere to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, ensuring customer privacy and safety are maintained at all times.

Work Environment and Schedule

As a remote customer support specialist, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal life. You'll be required to work a variable reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours. This role is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Professional Experience: 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking and Phone Skills: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Test: Must pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

* Relevant Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Customer Service or Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Fast-Paced Work Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
