About the Role

You will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls
- Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
- Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
- Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
