Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our team. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You'll also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
  • Assist customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must reside in the State of Georgia

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
