About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for coding and entering data into our computer system or database, verifying the accuracy of the data entered, and generating routine computer reports and printouts. Key Responsibilities
* Code and enter data into a computer system or database via a monitor or keyboard
- Correct and update database(s) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Verify the accuracy of data entered to prevent errors and discrepancies
- Generate routine computer reports and/or printouts as required
- Perform related clerical duties, such as data cleaning and data quality checks
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 6-12 months of experience in data entry or a related field
- Expertise: General office skills, including keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Data entry experience in a similar industry or environment
- Proficiency in data entry software, such as Excel or Access
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
