Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs. This is a part-time opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own hours (minimum 10 hours per week).

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access the arenaflex platform (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
