Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Manager to lead our consumer insights and activation efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across multiple digital channels. Your expertise in data analysis, marketing automation, and CRM systems will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive data collection and activation strategies across the digital landscape, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions.

  • Design and implement data-driven content methodologies that resonate with diverse customer segments, ensuring consistency and relevance across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, adoption, and loyalty.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with industry standards and regulations, executing strong consent management cycles to obtain explicit authorization from customers for data collection and use.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or computer science.

  • At least 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in digital customer engagement and CRM leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or computer science.

  • Experience working with big data analytics tools and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
  • Certification in data science, marketing automation, or CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
