Job Description

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Discord server by enforcing community guidelines, managing user behavior, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include:

• Deleting messages that violate our community rules and guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly disregard our rules and guidelines
• Muting users who have violated our rules and guidelines
• Investigating user reports regarding potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Providing timely and professional responses to user inquiries and concerns

Key Responsibilities

* Moderate chat conversations to ensure a positive and respectful environment

• Enforce community guidelines and rules to maintain a safe and inclusive space
• Manage user behavior, including banning and muting users as necessary
• Investigate user reports and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community management strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to users

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
