Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service through our live chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include: -

Customer Support:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role preferred, with experience in live chat support being a plus. -
