Job Requirements:

* Age requirement: 18 years of age or older

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience: Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.
• Excellent communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Desire to actively engage and listen: Demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and concerns.
• Empathy and problem-solving skills: Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution.
• Ability to learn quickly: Show a willingness to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time.
