About the Role
HHP’s programs rely on real-world evidence (RWE) and measurable impact. We are seeking a Research & Impact Evaluation Lead to design and oversee evaluation frameworks across all programs. What You’ll Do
- Design evaluation frameworks for programs (Access, Diabetes Prevention, Youth MH, etc.)
- Lead development of outcome metrics and logic models
- Analyze program data and generate insights
- Produce RWE summaries, dashboards, and reports
- Support grant applications with data and evidence
- Build partnerships with universities and research groups
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have experience in evaluation, public health research, or data analysis
- Understand qualitative + quantitative methods
- Can translate findings into clear insights
