The organization operates globally and works with independent luxury properties that aim to combine high-end guest experiences with measurable positive impact. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the United States to develop partnerships with boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and wellness retreats aligned with sustainability and regenerative principles. This is a commission-based independent contractor role, designed for professionals with proven experience in hospitality, sustainability, or internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and wellness retreats across the United States
  • Present the REGENERA LUXURY certification framework in a clear and professional manner
  • Manage the full commercial process from initial contact through agreement
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the international REGENERA LUXURY team during onboarding and certification processes

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, hotel sustainability, or internal quality management
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. luxury hospitality market
  • Established network within boutique hotels or high-end tourism sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-based role
