Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction and support in K-12 general and alternative school settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEPs for each assigned student
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related services providers, and families to foster student growth
- Utilize data to inform instruction and adapt strategies for academic, emotional, and social development
- Support a safe, structured classroom climate, especially within programs for students exhibiting severe behaviors
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
