CPA – Minimum 3 Years Experience Required (Full-Time Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support tax preparation and accounting compliance processes
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and client communication
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience REQUIRED
- Accounting firm experience strongly preferred
- Strong expertise with QuickBooks Online – MUST
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience performing bank reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CPA license is required
