- Proven growth operator — you’ve taken a product from 0 → 1 or 1 → 100k+ users through creative, data-driven experimentation
- Deep understanding of AI product positioning, storytelling, and how to translate complex tech into irresistible market pull
- Track record with multi-channel growth loops — paid + organic, influencer + UGC, community + SEO, outbound + partnerships
- Comfortable leading A/B tests, funnel experiments, CAC/LTV modeling, retention cohort analysis, and GTM dashboarding
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to turn insight → experiment → process → scale
- High taste in messaging, design, and narrative hooks that convert (you understand memes, virality, and brand timing)
- Obsessed with distribution arbitrage — you find underpriced channels, hack algorithms, and systemize repeatable wins
- Experience running or advising performance and content teams across email, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
- Strong grasp of B2B and consumer funnels — from cold outbound and lifecycle automation to viral consumer onboarding
- You can model demand like an analyst, but pitch vision like a founder
- (Bonus) Experience with AI, LegalTech, or SaaS go-to-market motion
- (Bonus) You’ve built growth systems for startups scaling fast — ideally YC, venture, or breakout tech companies
