Position Overview We are looking for traders to join our professional capital program. You will receive firm-backed capital to trade U.S. equity and options markets, with structured risk parameters, professional coaching, and performance-based profit splits that reward consistency and discipline. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
- Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
- Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
- Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
- Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
- Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies
- Solid understanding of derivatives markets and trading fundamentals
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Stable computer setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Familiarity with trading platforms is a bonus
Position Details
- Independent contractor (1099) position with performance-driven compensation
- Earn 65–90% of profits generated — splits increase as you advance within the firm
- Initial capital allocation of up to $50,000, with a clear path to $500,000+
