  • *Role Description**

This is a full-time (optional part-time), on-site (optional work from home) position for a Real Estate Agent located in the Silicon Valley, East Bay or surrounding areas of Fremont, Pleasanton and Livermore, CA. As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the home buying, selling, or renting process, demonstrate market knowledge, and assist in property negotiations. Responsibilities also include building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

  • *Qualifications**

• Possession of an active Real Estate License; or in process

  • Interest in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactions
  • Strong background and skills in Sales and Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including tools for market research and transaction management
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and organized individual
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
