Scrum Master (Web or Mobile)
You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on frameworks to ensure successful feature and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and teach core principles to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure team and project success.
- Manage the product backlog and coordinate capacity planning to determine sprint commitments.
- Monitor sprint velocity, track project metrics, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Shield the team from external distractions and resolve internal conflicts.
- Coordinate requirements gathering and design efforts between technical and business groups.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in high-performing Agile software development environments.
- Scrum Master certification with deep knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience working with Desktop, Mobile, and OTT development teams.
- Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, iOS, and Android.
- Proficiency with Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Ability to lead business and technology stakeholders through technical vetting processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing feature delivery within capital budgets.
- Experience presenting and facilitating meetings for executive audiences.
