Coupa Administrator & System Engineer

Duration: 6 months contract Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Coupa Administrator & System Engineer to support and enhance Coupa platforms within an integrated enterprise environment, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP and middleware systems. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, data integrity, and seamless procurement and financial operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with functional knowledge to deliver reliable support, drive system improvements, and enable efficient business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Coupa administration, including ticket resolution, system support, and master data maintenance to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, and middleware platforms.
  • Configure and maintain Coupa modules, including supplier, procurement, and invoicing functionalities.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Coupa entities and system configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead and support Coupa release activities, including impact assessment, risk analysis, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes using native Coupa capabilities and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including training materials, test cases, and process flows.
  • Lead and participate in testing efforts, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver enhancements, provide system training, and ensure successful adoption of new features.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal users and business partners, ensuring best practices are followed.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa Cloud platforms (Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, Supplier Management, etc.).
  • Proven experience in Coupa administration, support, and implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and Coupa best practices.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and integration middleware.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues.
  • Experience managing system releases, enhancements, and testing cycles.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global team environments.
