Sr Revenue Operations Analytics Translator
You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery for revenue operations analytics products.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for 1-2 end-to-end analytics products or agile squads.
- Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams through requirement clarification, release planning, and weekly stakeholder demos.
- Determine deployment strategies and partner with colleagues on training and change management.
- Track product-specific KPIs in production to measure value and communicate results to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product development or data analytics.
- Proficiency with Tableau and Python.
- Direct experience with Epic Clarity Data Models.
- Strong background in product development and agile ceremony facilitation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with KPI creation and management.
- Knowledge of the healthcare provider ecosystem, specifically within revenue operations or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
