About the Role: Join our team as a Wedding Resort Coordinator, supporting couples as they plan destination weddings and resort-based celebrations while working remotely. In this role, you will assist couples and their guests by helping organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and resort experiences so their wedding celebration is well coordinated and easy to follow. Your focus will be on organization, communication, and attention to detail while helping couples navigate the planning process for one of the most meaningful events of their lives. As a Wedding Resort Coordinator, you will work with couples to review resort options, accommodation arrangements, and travel logistics for wedding groups. This may include coordinating room reservations, assisting with transportation planning, and organizing travel timelines so guests arrive smoothly for the celebration. You will help ensure that reservations are confirmed, documentation is organized, and clients have clear information about their travel plans. Clear communication is important in this role, as destination weddings often involve coordinating travel details for multiple guests. You will help maintain accurate records, confirm reservations, and assist couples with itinerary organization so all travel arrangements are properly documented. This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy organizing milestone events and coordinating travel experiences for groups. Training is provided to ensure familiarity with planning systems, documentation procedures, and best practices used to support destination wedding travel planning.
