Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance
  • Experience with technology, including live chat platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a team virtually
