Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various platforms. Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
• Manage job postings on various platforms and evaluate candidate applications
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with our multicultural teams to achieve project goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team environment

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
