Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that enhance the DC's operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain systems, and we're excited to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications

• Collaborate with MHE merchants to manage data handling and ensure accurate information exchange
• Work with various smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to optimize data processing and workflow
• Coordinate data backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
• Communicate effectively with the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and improve system performance
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure efficient data processing and printing
• Maintain and update LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure optimal network performance and security
• Implement future software updates and patches to ensure system stability and security
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
• Regulate non-exempt staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and security
• Monitor system application performance to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to enhance visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies

• 2+ years of experience working in a delivery-focused environment
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (although we do offer remote work opportunities in other roles)

Preferred Capabilities:

* Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen and ability to understand business needs and requirements
