Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors
