Important Information Location: Brazil Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary As a Senior TL Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems. Responsibilities and Duties Design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath, Power Platform, VBA, and .NET/Azure integrations, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and alignment with business objectives; Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle including solution design, development, testing, deployment, orchestration configuration, and post-production stabilization; Architect and implement complex integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and intelligent document processing technologies to enhance automation capabilities; Drive technical excellence by enforcing CoE standards, promoting reusable components, supporting CI/CD automation pipelines, and mentoring peers in best practices. Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; Experience developing enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate; Strong expertise designing scalable RPA architectures including Orchestrator configuration, queues, triggers, assets, and environment management; Advanced experience integrating automation solutions with .NET components, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and cloud-based services; Proven experience implementing intelligent document processing solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, Azure Document Intelligence, or similar AI-driven technologies; Solid understanding of software engineering principles including version control, CI/CD pipelines, exception handling frameworks, and maintainable code practices; Experience building reusable automation frameworks and applying Center of Excellence (CoE) standards in enterprise environments; Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate process feasibility, automation fit, and optimization opportunities prior to development; Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (or Professional Certification) strongly preferred; experience automating legacy or mainframe systems is considered a strong advantage.
