This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling. The Aurora and Elgin communities have significant Spanish-speaking populations, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care in our partner school districts is urgent. Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations. What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings Preferred CBT, DBT, or related modality experience School or youth clinical background Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40—$50 USD Apply To This Job
