Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
- Demonstrating exceptional soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customer needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive sales growth
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting

- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
