Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our mission and goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is not required, but a plus
