What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing one of the nation's largest brands and interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through empathetic listening, clear communication, and effective problem-solving
- Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
- Building meaningful connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

- A reliable computer, high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber), and a quiet workspace free from distractions and security risks

What We're Looking For
To join our team, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Must live in the state of Georgia
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
