Key Responsibilities

As an experienced customer service agent with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating shuttle vehicles to escort customers to and from the terminal building, ensuring their safe and timely arrival
  • Monitoring shuttle request forms and cell phones for arriving passenger needs, responding promptly to requests for assistance
  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, including wheelchair assistance, jump-starting vehicles, and pumping up tires
  • Assisting passengers with the transport of baggage, answering questions, and providing general information about airport services
  • Maintaining accurate records and submitting reports of the number of passengers assisted, as required
  • Contributing to the cleanliness and maintenance of the terminal area and shuttle vehicle
  • Maintaining surveillance of the parking lot and reporting any unusual incidents or concerns to management
  • Participating in special events and snow removal activities as directed by your supervisor
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following knowledge and abilities:

  • Ability to stand for upwards of 8 hours, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in all types of weather, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, as required for baggage handling and other tasks
  • Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, as well as safety and security protocols
  • Ability to represent arenaflex in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service to our passengers

Special Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following special requirements:

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Pass a pre-hire drug screen and random alcohol and drug testing
  • Pass a federal fingerprint-based criminal history background check
  • Be available for recall during non-duty hours for emergencies, snow removal, or other required duties

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school equivalent education with six months to one year of work experience in customer service
  • Basic computer operations experience, including email
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Pass a pre-hire drug screen and random alcohol and drug test
  • Pass a federal fingerprint-based criminal history background check
  • Be available for recall during non-duty hours for emergencies, snow removal, or other required duties
