Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing proactive solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Updating and changing account holder information
  • Basic data entry
  • Follow-up mail and email correspondence
  • Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Accurately explaining terms and conditions, policies, and procedures relating to the account
  • Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
  • Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
  • 1+ year working with a computer system
  • Proficient data entry skills required
  • Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
  • Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
  • HS Diploma or GED

Work Environment
