Red Team Penetration Tester - Technical Lead

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading and executing red team operations to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in our systems, networks, and applications. Lead and execute red team operations to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in Freddie Mac's systems, networks, and applications. Develop and implement effective strategies to assess and enhance the security posture of Freddie Mac. Conduct thorough and comprehensive penetration testing to identify potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation. Stay up-to-date with the latest hacking techniques and security trends to continuously improve the red team's capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of identified vulnerabilities. Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth. Work closely with other security teams to coordinate and conduct joint exercises and assessments. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all red team activities and results. Adhere to all security policies, procedures, and standards set by Freddie Mac and regulatory bodies. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on emerging security threats and best practices. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures, and provide recommendations for enhancements. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to other teams within the organization. Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
