Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Chat Agent. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages
  • Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses
  • Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies
  • Working a set minimum number of conversations per hour
  • Operating within multiple software platforms

Education & Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • A high school diploma or GED

Work Schedule

Our work schedule is designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and preferences. We offer two different schedules:

  • Schedule 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
  • Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • A high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a customer service or sales role
  • Knowledge of multiple software platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
