Job Summary

As a Customer Support Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of representatives who will provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support. You'll create policies and procedures, oversee the customer service process, and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of representatives offering customer support

  • Oversee the customer service process to ensure exceptional results
  • Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention in a timely and professional manner
  • Create policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Plan and implement training programs to standardize service delivery
  • Select and hire new staff to join our team
  • Monitor the work of individual representatives and the team as a whole
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff
  • Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate individuals to achieve exceptional results
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
