Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently

Education

* High School diploma or equivalent

Training and Development

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to complete training onsite at our Tucson, AZ location. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program, where you will work from home as long as you are performing in role, have proper working conditions, and technology that is required.
