Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Consistency and Compliance

As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR Consistency data. You will work closely with our HRIS and EC systems to analyze and report on compliance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex information effectively will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee fingerprints, personal investigations, and unique signature release letters

  • Collaborate with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process daily FBI fingerprints into our Access database and investigate any data set issues
  • Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
  • Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting, and data normalization for HR Consistency
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Audit completed Unique Signature Applications and check for precision and retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or Computer Science)

  • Familiarity with modern Succeed skills, such as organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
  • Knowledge of advanced Access skills and ability to decipher large datasets to develop meaningful reports
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to direct fair and steady use of organization systems and government requirements
  • Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications and the TSA Clearinghouse database

  • Familiarity with HRIS and EC systems
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
