Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.
  • Proactively identifying patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and the service we provide to our customers.
  • Continually learning and developing knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the highest level of customer experience.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure we're all aligned and working towards our goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A laptop and reliable internet connection, as well as a dedicated workspace at home.

Shift Pattern

This is a part-time role, requiring 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
