Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
- Handling high-volume calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication information into our system
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborating with our pharmacy team to provide support and assistance as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and data entry accuracy
Work Environment:
As a remote work-from-home employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a mouse, start and close programs, and access data online
- Basic web search skills, including the ability to open a browser, type in URLs, and use a search engine
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, including the ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
- State certification or registration as a pharmacy technician
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including the ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
