Responsibilities

As a Temporary Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service.

Key Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Basic proficiency with computers and access to a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for social media and chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements
