What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Functional Greatness: Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional experiences, ensuring a safe and high-performing work environment.
  • Safety Advocate: Identify and address safety concerns, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Mentorship and Development: Guide and develop your team members, helping them grow and advance in their careers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication among teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources and provide support to ensure your team meets its objectives in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct self-reviews, observations, and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Knowledge of JCBA and Corporate Policies: Stay up-to-date on Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies, ensuring compliance and adherence.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in customer service, leadership, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Airline Operations: Familiarity with airline operations, including safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • USPS Clearance: Ability to obtain USPS clearance or current USPS clearance.
