Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Conducting thorough interviews with customers to collect information about their issues and guiding them through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to provide resolution.
  • Logging and tracking calls using our Call Log database and maintaining accurate history records and related problem documentation.
  • Ensuring maximum goodwill from inbound or outbound phone transactions.
  • Adhering to regular attendance as required for your shift.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience using arenaflex's digital tax filing platform, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • At least 2 years of tax preparation experience, with a solid grasp of tax laws and regulations.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate our software and other digital tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with good grammar, voice, and diction.
