Your Mission

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex in the US market, providing exceptional support to our clients via email and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products
  • Researching and explaining our services to ensure customers have a seamless experience
  • Evaluating updates to our products and recommending possible improvements
  • Collaborating with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent and high-quality support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase
  • Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and a willingness to learn

Added Values

While not essential, the following experiences will be highly valued:

  • Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian
