Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide welcome calls to assist with benefits and insurance information
- Conducting surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback
- Demonstrating a passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
- Working collaboratively with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care

Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Have strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including the ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Show a strong ability to care and demonstrate compassion
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting wage of $15.00 per hour
