Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and customer-centric individual to join our remote support team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-level support to our clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the voice of our customer, working closely with our product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to the development team as needed
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, improving client retention and satisfaction
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working with our development team to resolve bugs and improve product functionality
  • Communicate customer issues and requests to the development team, providing valuable feedback to inform product development
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Work with our latest cloud support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the support team lead

Work Schedule:

Our support team operates on a flexible schedule, with work hours spanning 10 am – 7 pm EST, 9 am – 6 pm CST, and 7 am – 4 pm PST. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you're available during our designated support hours.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment

  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Ability to handle escalated customer issues and provide technical support to clients
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and able to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role
