Job Summary

As an entry-level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. You'll work from the comfort of your home, ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfactory experience with arenaflex. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

  • Experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Additional certifications in customer service
