Job Summary

As an entry-level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
