Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers, addressing their concerns, and positioning new solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, upsell products and features, and provide exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. This is a full-time remote opportunity, requiring a quiet, secured workspace and a high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide exceptional customer service experiences
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to position new solutions
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)

  • USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secured workspace
  • Must live in Texas to apply (if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, UT, VA, or WY, please find the same opportunity under those state-specific requisitions)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
