Responsibilities and Duties
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Sharing your passion for arenaflex with customers and providing them with expert advice and support
- Utilizing arenaflex's products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarizing yourself with the arenaflex site and media, as well as competitor products and services
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed recommendations
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations, ensuring customers feel heard and supported
- Collaborating with other arenaflex teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
- Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
- A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and excellent communication skills in text form
- A strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as competitor offerings

- Reliable sound output (either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
