Job Summary

We're seeking experienced, highly motivated individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. This remote opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, assisting customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies, and providing accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up on any pending issues
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred
