Appointment Setter (DM) — Remote

We are hiring an Appointment Setter (DM) to manage and convert conversations through social media direct messages, primarily on Instagram. This role is focused on engaging with potential clients in a one-on-one messaging environment, identifying qualified prospects, and scheduling calls for the sales team. It is not a cold calling role, all communication is written and conducted through social platforms. This position is best suited for someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating in a fast-paced, conversation-based sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound direct message conversations on Instagram
  • Respond to inquiries and initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on provided criteria
  • Schedule calls and maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
  • Track daily metrics and performance in internal systems
  • Communicate with team members via Slack, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace
  • Maintain consistent response times and professional communication standards

Schedule & Availability

  • Remote, full-time
  • Flexible schedule within Eastern Time business hours
  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required

Compensation

  • Performance-based compensation structure
  • Earnings are tied to qualified calls that result in closed clients
  • Typical monthly earnings range from approximately $3,000 to $10,000 after ramp-up, based on performance

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience managing conversations in a customer-facing or sales environment (DM, chat support, or similar)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Organized and comfortable tracking activity and metrics
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM systems, messaging platforms, Google Workspace)

Preferred:

  • Experience with social media-based lead generation or appointment setting
  • Experience in remote sales or support roles
  • Familiarity with Instagram as a business or communication platform
