Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Expressing genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues, addressing them as if they were your own
• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers with questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
• Keeping up with multiple chats at a time, ensuring timely and efficient responses
• Accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
• Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management as needed
• Multi-tasking using multiple systems, including our proprietary software and other tools
• Changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
• Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
• Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
• Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management as needed

Requirements

To be successful as an Online Chat Representative, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• An empathetic approach to client interactions, with a genuine desire to assist
• The ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
